I do an intake interview with my client establishing their issue or perhaps the cause of it. I then relax them with soft lights and soothing music helping them to relax and feel at peace.

I then place them in hypnosis in this relaxing atmosphere. Once in hypnosis I am able to go in to their subconscious mind and reprogrammed their thinking thereby resolving their issue and giving them relief.
I also use herbal therapy to assist the body through the healing process.
